La Porchetta is the result of a branding exercise we wanted to do at the agency during the vacations. In an age when we're constantly being told to watch what we eat, when we're on diets that don't work, we wanted to imagine what the ideal Italian restaurant would look like, where we could go and eat copiously without feeling unwell.
We imagined La Porchetta as a place where you could enjoy traditional Italian dishes in all their simplicity. The trattoria concept would offer homemade dishes, to eat in or take away, and where you could, of course, bring your own wine.
